Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders require up to 5 business days for processing, packing, and shipping. This timeframe is separate from the transit time provided by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.

We are unable to make changes to shipping addresses once the package is in transit.

If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an insufficient or incorrect address, a refund will be issued for the product cost only, excluding shipping fees.

If you have not received a tracking number, your order is still being processed and has not yet shipped.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the limited release nature of our items, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or size accommodations for any orders.

If there is an issue with your order, you must notify Iron Wisdom within 3 days of delivery.

For items damaged upon arrival, you must provide detailed photographs of the damaged product(s) as part of your claim.

PENDING CHARGES & REFUND NOTIFICATIONS

If you do not receive an email confirmation with an order number, no payment has been processed. 

Multiple attempts to place an order may result in pending charges by your bank. These holds are temporary and ensure sufficient funds are available for your order. 

Pending charges are not processed payments. Only orders accompanied by an order number and email confirmation are considered active and valid.
